Shandong Will Carry out the Centralized Listing for Investment and Financing as well as Listing Cultivation of Specialized, Fined, Peculiar, and New Enterprises

The reporter has learned from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province that Shandong will carry out the centralized listing for investment and financing as well as listing cultivation of specialized, fined, peculiar, and new enterprises. In 2024, more than 700 innovative SMEs, more than 400 specialized, fined, peculiar, and new SMEs, and about 100 "little giant" enterprises will be selected to list on the "incubation layer", "regulation layer", and "cultivation layer" of the special board for specialized, fined, peculiar, and new enterprises of Qilu equity trading center respectively. Shandong strives to cultivate more than 10 specialized, fined, peculiar, and new enterprises for listing in China.

Shandong will select high-quality enterprises based on different levels and categories to accurately coordinate with financial resources. In each city, no less than 30 innovative SMEs that have been evaluated and recognized will be selected and recommended to list on the "incubation layer" as "seeds" for primary cultivation with the evaluation standards of specialized, fined, peculiar, and new SMEs serving as the benchmark. Efforts will be made to upgrade these enterprises into specialized, fined, peculiar, and new SMEs within one year. No less than 15 specialized, fined, peculiar, and new SMEs will be selected and recommended to list on the "regulation layer" as "seedlings" for intermediate upgrading with the identification requirements of "little giant" enterprises serving as the benchmark. Efforts will be made to upgrade these enterprises into "little giant" enterprises within two years. No less than three "little giant" enterprises will be selected and recommended to list on the "cultivation layer" as "fruits" for advanced listing with the registration requirements of stock exchanges serving as the benchmark. Efforts will be made to upgrade these enterprises into listed companies within three years.
