Job Responsibilities:

1. The applicant will be responsible for preparing the operation instructions, PEMEA, control plan and other relevant process documents;

2. The applicant will take charge of the formulation and implementation of production process flow and process standards of semiconductor wafer, as well as analyze and solve the process problems found on site;

3. The applicant will take charge of CPK stability control and continuous improvement of SPC key projects;

4. The applicant will take charge of the scientific integration and technical transformation of procedure and process in each workshop;

5. The applicant will take charge of the implementation and verification of new materials, new processes, new technologies and new equipment, and analyze the experimental data and results in time; 6. The applicant will be responsible for the formulation of process flow for equipment operators;

7. The applicant will be responsible for solving process problems in the production process;

Age Requirements: Under 40 years old

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree

Job Qualification:

1. The applicant should specialize in semiconductor, microelectronics, physics or related majors, with a bachelor degree or above;

2. Fresh graduates are accepted, and those with working experience in semiconductor technology are preferred;

3. The applicant should know well the semiconductor production process and product structure of semiconductor wafer;

4. The applicant should be able to prepare process documents, improve product defects, and undertake the development and implementation of process engineering;

5. The applicant should have team awareness and team spirit.

Support Conditions and Benefits Provided by Employer:

1. Salary: RMB 5,000 – 5,500 will be offered to those without experience, RMB 6,000 – 7,000 for those with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, and RMB 8,000 – 15,000 for those with more than 3 years of relevant experience. The details will be discussed in the interview with the company leadership.
